The test build
- The test build is an early, unfinished prototype. I offer it free of charge and as it is, with no promise that it runs without interruption or errors. I may change or withdraw it at any time, and you have no claim to it being available.
- I am liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law requires it. Otherwise my liability is excluded as far as the law allows.
- Please do not misuse the website: no attacks, no automated flooding of the feedback form.
Feedback
By sending feedback you confirm that you may share what you wrote. You allow me to use ideas and suggestions in it for the game without payment and without naming you. I do not publish your message as it is.
Rights in the game
All rights in Orvaldar, its story, art and code are reserved by Michael König-Weichhardt (Hedgehog Studios) as far as the law grants them. Third-party names I mention belong to their owners. You may use the pictures in the press kit to report on the game.
Law
Austrian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live stay unaffected.
